Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • ¾ tbsp low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 15 pcs vanilla wafers, crushed
  • low-calorie whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the bananas, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • In serving glasses, spoon a layer of the banana cream mixture onto the bottom.
  • Add a dollop of low-calorie whipped cream on top of the banana cream layer.
  • Sprinkle a layer of crushed vanilla wafers over the whipped cream.
