  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped parsley, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, lemon and lime zest and juice, and diced red pepper.
  • Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the mixture is well combined.
  • Add a pinch of white sugar and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Allow the sauce to sit for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

  • The sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week
  • Allow leftover sauce to be at room temperature for at least 30 mins before re-using as olive oil solidifies in the fridge. If needed to, heat in the microwave at 10 seconds intervals, just until olive oil liquifies again. Mix well before serving.
